I am a certified math tutor in the Northern Virginia Area. I am currently living in Chantilly (VA), US-50 near the Public Library. I have had more than 5 yrs of experience tutoring/teaching math for high school and college level math classes. I graduated from Virginia Tech University with Applied Computational Mathematics (B.S and M.S.). And have worked there as a teaching assistant for more than 5 yrs. Education is my passion and I strive to ensure my students achieve excellence in their subjects/tests. I give my 100% to help them raise their Math scores on PSAT/SAT and also on their school tests. Knowledge, patience and great sense of humor are three "elephants" which are helpful for teaching and learning! I have had excellent opportunities to teach a number of courses in Math as a Tutor. Math includes algebra, geometry, trigonometry, calculus. I am currently tutoring three more students from Robert. E. Lee High School in advance calculus and trigonometry. I have also taught at Virginia tech University for 5 yrs and have been a part time Geometry teacher at Blacksburg High School. I am very well aware about the course material in High School curriculum and have accommodated different teaching methods from various kinds of school.
